The Importance of Morale

What is morale?
Morale means strength or ability of something seriously to achieve the expected results.
Morale can be raised in people with a way to set goals and desired outcomes, plan, work according to plan, utilizing the best time possible, and always wanted to go forward and be the best.
All people must have ideals. Ideals will is impossible if we are not working seriously. We must do something to make it happen.
The act or acts that we do not carelessly melaikan have planned, directed, and discipline. By doing all that, means we have morale. Morale can be shown to work hard to realize our ideals.

Why must work hard??
In essence, human needs can be divided into two kinds. Ie needs physical and spiritual needs.
Physical needs of food, clothing, and housing. The need for food, clothing, and housing is the basic (primary).
Spiritual needs like education, health, entertainment and others. The need is called secondary needs.
To meet all the requirements to work, especially the basic needs (primary). Without work, it is difficult to make ends meet.

There are four reasons why we need to work hard:
1.In accordance with the Human Dignity
2.Shows nobility Culture
3.Growing Forward and spirit to Become the Best
4.Becoming Capital for Development

As a result of not having high morale
Briefly described above, that the human needs of all kinds. To make ends meet, people have to work. However, to get a job is not easy. The population of many, while the limited employment opportunities. There was competition for jobs.
In addition, to get a job must have the knowledge and skills. Without the knowledge and skills difficult to find a job.
After getting a job. Struggle not over, the struggle harder. Must have a high morale, discipline, honest, and responsible.
If the spirit does not possess, they will lose their jobs. Behind us a lot of the queue to get a job. Feeling motivated and high morale. Losing a job is unemployed. Finally, our own loss.
